How to add sound audio HTML code to hyperlink button on web page?

Question

Looking to add a .wav file sound to my 'Submit' button on a form I have online.

I know how to make the button produce a sound event when hovering or clicking on it, but I still want the button to perform the submit form action and point to the 'success' page.

Is it possible to have a button hyperlink to another page while producing a sound at same time?

Please include actual code of this example or a web page where you may find this example.

I thought this would be simple but have resorted to yahoo answers. I appreciate anyone's help.
