Well....high school happened a looooooong time ago for me, since this is my 2nd year at medical school. However, yesterday I was digging through my closet and I found my high school yearbook....and it brought back so many memories.

I remember my friends and I being the popular crowd. I was the prom queen my senior year of high school. I realized last night, that we all drifted away from each other.....my friends and I went to different colleges, and after I graduated I went on to medical school.

I'm curious, do any of you still remain close with your high school friends?

Absolutely. I have 4 good friends that I went to high school with and we still hang out. We are in our 40's now too. Although some had moved away, we still kept in touch. After 20 years they came back and it was just like yesterday.

No! I never talk to my so-called high school friends. I stayed as far away from them as possible. Since I have graduated from Bergen County Technical High School in Hackensack, New Jersey in June of 1992, I completely cut EVERYONE off and out of my life, because they were, and still are, two-faced bullies who most definitely want NOTHING in the world to do with me. This applies to ALL teachers, faculty, and students.

However, the high school I went to prior to Bergen County Technical High School in Hackensack, New Jersey, was ultimately much worse. The high school I went to for grades 8, 9, & 10 was Ridgefield Memorial High School in Ridgefield, New Jersey. That place is downright weird and terrible, and they (the teachers, faculty, and students) treated me the EXACT same way that EVERYONE in Bergen County Technical High School in Hackensack, New Jersey treated me; like a world-class dummy.

In Ridgefield Memorial High School in Ridgefield, New Jersey, EVERYONE interfered in my personal life, including wanting me (and probably still) want me to date that good-for-nothing, unintelligent, weirdo, ugly, dumb football jock named Mike Keyser.

In Bergen County Technical High School in Hackensack, New Jersey, not only did EVERYONE in interfered in my personal life like its predecessor, but they wanted me to go out with an ugly, weirdo, out-of-shape, stupid boy named David Merritt.

What these two places have in common besides me, is that the people were such dummies, because they were setting me with boys that I don't even like, and have absolutely NOTHING in common with at all. Not only that, but neither of them knew that in the summer of 1987, someone asked me to be his girlfriend. Talk about the ultimate dumbbells; setting up a girl who already has a boyfriend.

Now you see why I keep myself away from them, because they treated me so terrible and hurtful, and I NEVER EVER want to see them again.
