I will not tell you that such powers are impossible, nor will I say that you cannot tell. I will however ask you if you really think you have these powers? If you answer yes, then I would tell you that in that case it is only you who can discover this to be true. Remember all things in nature co-exist and must always work in balance. The moment you say "I can't" you won't. Your belief is what counts, and it must be without question, there can be no distraction, no doubt, and no fear of consequence. The mind is more powerful than anyone can now realize. It is usually unfulfilled because we allow outside negative programming to cast doubt on our thought. We allow our fears to cloud our minds, like a fog on our senses. Clear away the fog, and you will find yourself in a greater state of awareness and a greater state of peace. Though you may think this to be easy, it is not. Try closing your eyes and listening to the sounds in the silence of your room. What are you thinking? What are the sounds around you? Can you target in on a single sound? Can you continue on a single thought without distraction? You must focus on a single thing at any given time. When you can do this, and I will tell you it will take a long time. Then you will see that all things are related, and all things work with each other. Thus the movement of objects is not just a command of movement, but a request, a symbiotic agreement between you and the object you are addressing. Those things we see as PSI or extraordinary are not, they are but a natural occurance of the normal development of the human mind. Anyone can do this, but too many people are troubled by the days, by the people, and by the stations they must keep in life, as if there were some kind of rule they must follow at all times to give themselves the illusion of control. There is no control, there can be no control, there is only what is, and what is not.

That’s a difficult to answer question. There are many different kind’s of psychic ability, and most people are predisposed to one or another. A spiritualist church can help you develop your powers, or maybe ask a community psychic to take you under her wing. There are also many things you can do on your own to develop fledgling abilities. The easiest for pre-cog is take a deck of cards. Hold each up away from you, and try to determine the color. From there work your way up to suit, number, and finally exact card. Alternatively there are special cards you can buy JUST for this purpose. They have a triangle, a square, a circle, a star, or waves printed on the front, and are most often used for testing psychic ability. If you’re not serious, and just want to see where you are now, look up online psychic tests, I think Tickle has the best one. It even gives you a percentile score.

I am not sure how to confirm it but maybe you should do what you do best and if somethings goes that isnt what it should then think about it. See if it works and then maybe you can confirm your powers. Plus if you were physic you know who and what I am and power hold.

Probably by keeping a scorecard of your psychic predictions. If you find that things didn't turn out the way you thought, due to unforeseeable circumstances, you're probably not that psychic.
