I work at a hospital and Jayden seems to be a fairly popular name with new babies both boys and girls. There are several different spellings though. I think that Jayden Reese is pretty. If you're going to call her Reese I think that's good. The only Reese I've heard of is of course Reese Witherspoon so I don't think that Reese is all that common of a name.

I have heard this name more and more in recent years. I work with children and I know 2 children named "Jayden"- one of them is a 2 year old boy and the second is also a boy that the mother just gave birth to...

It is a pretty name and I have heard it used as both male and female. I like the name Reese, though- I had a friend who named her baby girl Kendall Reese...They call her Reesey...It's so cute!

Hope that helps!

Jayden is #54 on top names list. Why not Reese Jayden Johnson? Reese is only #235 for 2005.

I know 2, but they are both boys.

I like Reese. But because of the 2 I know, I associate Jayden with a boy now.

honestly i havent heard of a child being named that spicifically, but my son isnt in school yet until this Aug.... It may be very popular. I dont know. I do know that i have heard that name as well as aiden, Kaden, hayden, ect on yahoo answers all the time. I am loving Kaden lots right now but im kinda afraid to name my soon to be born son that cause i dont want his name to be just like 10 other kids when he goes to school. I would call day cares and let them know u are just getting ideas for nameing ur child and u were wondering the ratio of how many Jaydens there are so ur not chooseing a over used name. good luck with it all and God Bless

I know 5 Jaydens in my children's play groups. Most are boys. It is a very popular name. You should pick Reese as her first name, it sounds better and unique.

I don't know any. Jayden is a good name for girls, but to make it more feminine, try spelling it Jaiden. I think it looks more feminine like that.

Also, when I'm old enough to have kids, I'm going to name my son Jayden Zachary.

Good luck and congrats!

P.S. I really love Jayden Reese! That's a very cute, unusual name. :o)
