Don't say I'm crazy please. I just want an answer as to why I feel like this. Why do I really feel like someone is watching me on camera, and hes going to kill me?

I don't believe so, but a lot of people have had these kinds of fears, especially after 911 terrorist attacks, and the "snipers" incidents in the DC area. The movies we watch seem to foster these kinds of ideas very effectively. With sufficient levels of paranoia, "proof" can be found to justify pretty much anything (by ignoring the counterproofs).

You probably have good reasons in your mind for this fear. First things first, write all of your reasons down for why you believe this. Highlight the evidences, especially the verifiable ones so that you can give the police useful leads to go on. Next, look at your list for anything which seems unusual, wierd, unnatural, or out-of-character and mark them (perhaps with a question mark). If there are any witnesses to anything on your list, ask them about it without leading them (don't reveal the story which you are trying to corroborate, lest it influence their testimony in confirming things which should not be confirmed).

If your list contains enough objective, and corroborated details to give the police a solid case, present only those things, and keep everything else on your list to yourself for now. Otherwise, see zaytox072's answer, and remember that real or not, you need to talk about this traumatic event(s) with a therapist who is on your side.

Self-defense classes and gun ownership are tempting options at this point; were I you. I've already done those things and I don't feel any threat to my person; the security gained from classes and firearms may be sufficient to set your mind at ease and to diminish any future, real threat/risk to you.

Well either way, whether you are suffering from delusions or if your safety is at risk, please do call for help right away! Call 911 and tell them that you at least need the police if not an ambulance if you need to talk with a therapist at the medical center since you believe that your life is in danger. If you are having some emotional problems, there are medications and other therapies that can be of great help. Please take good care.

You are probably suffering from paranoid dillusions. I think your first step would be to see a doctor. Get help. Then, after you have gotten help, like possible meds for that, then if you still feel that someone is trying to plan your murder, and if you have some evidence of this, then go to the police.

They're coming for you. Don't leave the house, avoid windows.

Scratch that, stay in the closet and lock yourself in. No lights, don't make a sound.
