Why is Roman such a threat to Bill? What kind of power does he have over Bill and his stores?

Bill is desperately trying to hide his multiple wives from the public, and if Roman were to leak it out about Bill's lifestyle and past upbringing, it would seriously cripple Bill's business. Basically Roman and his clan of inbreds is Bill's dirty little secret. He also bankrolled them at some point, so he's something of a silent investor, and that would REALLY not look good for Bill's business, to be in bed with that nutjob.

I'm not exactly sure but I know it has to do with money. I think that Roman gave Bill the money to start the stores.
