If you don't want it to effect you.. don't mention it. Just love him the way he is. There is nothing wrong with you pleasuring yourself as he pleasures you. My wife does it and it is a great turn on for me. The size of the penis is not the problem. It is how you view your body and how you and he relate to each other. If you like him to do something more than he does... it is OK for you to instruct him in the way you like to be made love to. Girl i feel for you my ex had the same problem..LOL.. Talk to him about some sex toys explain to him you need alot of foreplay to reach your peak.. If you can get him to get you off through foreplay then at least you get something out of it right.. Also get a "toy" so you still get the pleasure of being "filled" per say..Never tell him that he is small or anything of the sort.. Things can work out you just need to be crafty..LOL..
