I love the way they feel. Kinda hold everything together. I've been told I have great legs. Secretly, I owe it all to a "great pair of Leggs"! Leggs Sheer Energy are the absolute best. I'm a merchandiser and work in stores (around pallets and carts etc.)I wear skirts and pumps to work every day. It makes my job look so much more professional than slinging product wearing a pair of slacks! I think one of the worst things I've seen lately, is these Hollywood starts on the red carpet, wearing all this designer stuff and bare legs showing...ruins the entire look. Good taste will NEVER be out of style.

Young women have become too accustomed to being sloppy 24 hrs. a day 7 days a week.Like Jennifer responded,"Hosiery adds sophistication and sex appeal to any outfit".Lazy whiners are the only hold outs to this bare leg cellulite celebration. If older women wear makeup, does this make young women look grandma-ish if they wear make up?Stupid assumption huh? Pantyhose is an invaluable accessory for any women simply because most women don't have the time or the inclination to tan their legs or anything. Most just walk around with pasty ,veiny, blemished, bruised, hairy, cellulite covered legs.Seems that everywhere I look those unkept legs offend the senses. There should be a town ordinance against this.Wake up ladies!

They still do. You're not looking in the right place or you're not hanging out with the crowd that do. It's usually the lower to middle class women that shun hosiery. Most women I see that do wear pantyhose are the well dressed classy women that care about the way the look.

Gosh, I am young and I always wear pantyhose. It helps my look professional!! With my career I want to look as feminene and professional as possible. But since I have started to wear them I too have noticed the lack in women wear pantyhose. Bareleggs do not look very good if your legs are white and pasty..

Wow, didn't someone just ask this? It's true, when we wear a dress or skirt, every girl (me included) looks better and more put together in nylons. But I don't like the way I feel when I put on pantyhose, it feels awkward. But I wear thigh highs a lot, and stockings and garters when I get dressed up.

Because women have decided that it's ok to look like a slob. I guess most women will never understand. I don't wear what's 'in' I wear what I feel comfortable in, and that means no bare legs. Hosiery adds sophistication and sex appeal to any outfit.

They are so incomfortable and they run to easily. Its hard to keep a pair and wear them more than once. Sometimes with certain outfits I wear thigh highs, but then you gotta wear a garter belt & stuff and that's a pain in the rear too. They really are just out of style too I think. There are so many open toed shoes out these days and you can not wear panyhose with opened toe shoes!!

Professional women do wear panty hose - I like the way they make my body look. They aren't uncomfortable if you buy the right size.
