we have been friends for 9 years but we have gone in two different ways in life, she parties and has a lot of guy friends and a lot of drama. I stay home and have a good man who takes care of me, i expecting my first child. she already has a child who is horribly spoiled, i can't stand the way he acts around her, he acts differently around me because i don't allow it. She makes a lot of bad decisions and ask for advice then does the opposite. we haven't talk in about 3 weeks and we only talked then because she asked me to watch her child while she went to work because no one else wouldn't. before that maybe 2 weeks no talkin. is our friendship over?

It has happened to me, but a little differently. My best bud became hugely successful and started hanging out with people who I didn't have anything in common with. They started doing things I couldn't afford to do and sometimes disapproved of. I just hung back for awhile and then they started calling again. Once they realized I had started disappearing from their life they asked what was up and I explained my point of view...nicely. We are now very good friends again and now when he does things that are out of my price range he doesn't talk a lot about it or sometimes he will invite me as a guest. Communication is essential even with friends. Tell her how you feel, but don't be aggressive about it. If she won't listen then she isn't a true friend.

The way it sounds she is just using you so i say yes it is pretty much over but you may need to talk to her and see what the problem really is.

I would say yes.. Sounds like she only talks to you when she wants something. That isn't a friendship.
