with size and speed you should be a running back. you would also make a good defensive end or linebacker. you play both offfense and defense in high school so you should be a running back and a linebacker. if you like to hit you should not be a safety and you shouldnt be a quarterback because high school does not throw the ball much and with your size and speed, running back would fit you.

Well if what you say is true above about your height, weight and throwing abilities I am going to have to recommend QB. There is a catch to that not only do you have to throw a ball, you need to want to learn. playing QB requires you to want to be a leader, know the offense inside and out, and be able to make reads quickly. This is something that you will learn in time, but since you have not played football before you might not start or play there right away until you have learned a majority of terminology and plays. Also as much as you say you like to hit people with no pads getting hit for the first time with equipment is a lot different. How you respond to that first hard hit will tell how much you like the game.

depending on the talents on the position going to the high school team. If you like giving pain, be LB or a Safety. Youll be great with great speed, strength. You should be able to start. Just practice and do your best.

High School football is stupid. Why don't you do something meaningful with that time? Like learn to play an instrument, take extra courses to apply at college or even *gasp* get a job? Do something other than football, and get in good graces with all the people you think of as "nerds". Cause when you escape the concrete walls...the nerds run things.

Outside Linebacker would be a nice fit, but if you throw 86 in 8th grade I would say stick to baseball.

Outside LB sounds like a good fit for you. It takes good reaction and strength. Or possibly fullback, because you get to lay people out too.
