Three years ago I was this man's sales manager and we were on the road. It got late and him and another co-worker were hungry. They pulled in McDonalds at 10:59 (sign said they closed at 11:00) and were refused service. Words were exchanged and the man who is now after me (Ken) threw a huge rock right through the window. Back to the hotel & the next thing you know Fred was involved in a physical may lay with the police that came for him. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

Ken states it was my sales training that gave him such confidence he could get away with breaking the law. Also, I did not write or call Ken while he was in jail and he keeps saying "Not one phone call or letter". Further states I cost him 2 years & the birth of his baby daughter. States he paid his debt to society & will make an example out of me for selling him down the river. How are his actions POSSIBLY my fault?

they don't look to be your fault, you comprehend that. i'd contact the community authorities to enable them comprehend the probabilities of this guy returning to penal complicated by using no longer getting to charm to close from his blunders at the same time as in detention center; and get a restraining order, so that you'll placed him decrease back the position this violent a** belongs if he breaks the order. He would have already broke the regulation by threatening you, so per chance once you're making it conventional that he has performed so that you'll save him there.

His actions are not your responsibility. He chose to throw that rock and scuffle with the police. Nor were you obligated to write him. Were you two personal friends or was he simply an employee. I wouldn't write one of my subordinates. However if he feels that way maybe you should get a restraining order or personal protection order and if you still feel edgy maybe you should get a gun license

He thinks that your sales training gave him confidence that he could get away with breaking the law? This dude clearly isn't connected to reality on any level.

I would arm myself (if you aren't already), and wait for him to show up. Then calmly explain to him that he has two choices:

1) F**k off and never come back.

2) Get his head blown off.

If he opts for #2, make sure to hide the body really well, and get rid of the murder weapon.

If you aren't up for shooting someone, you could still arm yourself for protection, and then set up some surveillance cameras and catch him on tape threatening you. He will be violating his probation, and will go back to jail.

What a crock. The guy is a psycho. Put a restraining order on him. If he is stupid enough to violate it he deserves to be sent back for a long time. Let the police know you have received threats.

get a restraining order! it wasnt your fault but he believes it was and blames you there is no knowing what he could do i would also get a gun and learn how to shoot because a restraining order wont stop everyone after all its a paper not a wall or muscles!

He can ONLY blame himself for his own actions. To try to shift the blame to you is to ignore his own responsibility in this affair. If you fear for your safety, I would visit my local police department, and tell them the situation. See about filing a restraining order.

Why are his actions your fault, hes just making an excuse cause hes angry that he had to do jail time and you didnt. Just be careful though when he comes out, you never know.

Either your kidding or this guy is a delusional whackjob and you need to save any evidence of threats and go to court to get a restraining order.
