thats just a page you copied when you where in your yahoo mail, nobody can access that site apart from u.
you would need to copy the text from the header into the question box. well you drag your mouse over the top press ctrl+c and then ctrl+p to paste. it or take a screencapture.
using printscreen and upload it to something like photobucket.
