1 week holidays spread throughout the year helps the year go by quicker..not to mention you have less of a wait time to look forward to something. too long of a vacation can get boring quickly..one week isn't too short, or too long..preferably a two week vacation is best..but one week is good..u can do a lot of things in a week.

I'd prefer several holidays during the entire year. The Europeans have the right idea - when a shop owner goes on vacation, the entire staff does too! They simply put a sign on the door stating that they'll be open again in a month -- doesn't seem to hurt business any!
I wish you well!

I have week-long holidays throughout the year. I am also taking off the next 2 months. I did have to break my collar bone to get it though :(
