I'm about 9-10dpo today and ovulated last Monday (I felt it). Since then, I've had the following "symptoms":

Tender/sensitive breasts (they just started tingling and having shooting pains yesterday)
lower back pain (like menstrual pain)
intermittent cramping and abdominal discomfort
headaches
fatigue
heartburn
mild constipation

I don't get PMS symptoms until about 1-2 days prior to AF coming and she's not due until next Tuesday or Wednesday. I had a m/c back in October 2006 but have been fairly regular in my cycles since then. My doc sort of suspected a UTI, because I had one in December, but I do not have the frequent urge to urinate like I did then. HPTs have come up negative but I believe it may have been too early.

You can't have pregnancy symptoms before implantation because you're not pregnant UNTIL the egg implants.

You can't have pregnancy symptoms prior to implantation. The pregnancy hormone that causes symptoms is not released until the egg implants.

At 9-10 days past ovulation, the egg could have already implanted. Implantation occurs anywhere from 5 to 12 days after ovulation.

Nope, it takes hormones to offer being pregnant warning signs and hormones do no longer happen till implantation. they could have certainly had an implantation without cramping and have been experiencing the superbly favourite cramps that contain early being pregnant... or they had to be pregnant so badly they have been making themselves have self assurance they have been having warning signs.

since you aren't actually pregnant till the egg is implanted, no, you can't. sometimes when you are wanting to be pregnant bad enough, your body will almost take on those symptoms, and you will think you are.... but nope sorry!! not that i know of anyway!!
