I don't know yet because I thought I was done with all that, but this person seems to want to keep up the insults, the lashing out and the unexplained malicious behavior. Instead of resolving the issues privately, some peope would rather cause drama and cause a public spectacle over an imagined insult.

focus ur attention to some activity of ur choice and remind urself of a bad experience u had with them whenever they try to get in to ur thoughts. Time is the only medicine for healing.

Just wait until they finally go away. Its hard to do, but they cant drive you insane and stick around FOREVER. They will eventually find someone new to drive crazy.

I just ignore them or talk to them with a mocking tone. eventually they get to be annoyed with me and leave me the hell alone.
