i woke up during a dream and it happed to be my sister in it and she got into a car crash. Three months ago she got in a car crash. but this dream accured two nights ago. will this happen again and bring more graphic results.

waking up during the dream has nothing to do with whether or not a dream comes true.
Some believe that there are such things as psychic dreams, but others will argue that it is mere coincidence. There are documented cases of psychic dreams, but who really knows if the dreams were coincidental or truely foretold a future event?
In your case, I think you were just remembering that your sister was in a car crash. Don't worry, and don't be afraid.
