It's not because halo was made by the US since microsoft is owned by Bill Gates. But u can already play a demo or something of Halo 3 on Crackdown(since I don't own the game).
and by America I did mean the US...

Well considering it is not out in AMERICA I highly doubt it. I will almost guarantee you that it will be out in the U.S. first.
