There is this kid ive known for six years, I'm going to call him Jack. When i first met him, he was really nice and was my good friend (this was in elementary school). When we got to middle school he started losing weight and he stopped being my friend. he thinks he's "too cool for me". At the beginning of this year (8th), there were a lot of new guys in my class. I became friends with them pretty quickly and i was happy then. Later in the year, Jack started to become friends with them. It seems that all of his friends never like me very much. He turned all of my guy friends against me! They say a lot of mean things about me and my friends behind my back, and one of them stuck his middle finger at me three times yesterday(he used to be the nicest one!). How can i stop all of this!? I am really sad and disappointed now, and i don't know what to do! Please don't tell me to tell a teacher or adult, because that will just make it worse! they'll find out i told and then be even meaner!

Without telling an adult, the only other thing is to find a new group of friends. Join a different club, sport, or school activity and work on finding friends in a new area. Know that when you seem upset, they are encourage to do things more to upset you.

don't define your self worth by what these kids are saying and doing, these are 8th graders, immature ones. u stop it by not reacting, if u fail to react, they will get tired of focusing on u, and will find someone else to pick on. just distance yourself from these kids, as much as u can. u will find new friends, these are not friends just immature mean kids. they say bullies really have a low self Worth, i think they boost their own self esteems when they are picking and hurting others. not the type of kids u want to be your friend anyway.

You'll have to take it I'm sorry. Bullys get their excitement off of your reaction so lets say... if you cry then they learn how to make you cry. Then when they want you to cry they do the same thing. If you just act like nothing bothers you and pretend like they arent there THEN you will not be as "fun" for them to pick on and they will leave you alone. I bet you ge angry or make faces or cry yes?...well thats what they want. If you fdont give them any reactions they want then they wont want to pick on you.

step out and make new friends. the way they're acting is not being cool...its disrespectful and straight up rude! come on, see your own self worth....there are people who will appreciate your friendship without stepping on your pride and character in the process..

bump those fools...they are not your friends and i dont care what type of peer pressure you feel to stick with your crew...they aint your crew!!!
