Are you serious about Iraq?? Not so safe nowadays..., guess it must be easy to find a security job there.

For Dubai: apply for a job through the internet. As many workers are expats, the net is widely used to recruit new staff. There are many recruitment agencies and jobsites. Just a tip, do not pay to submit your CV. The Dubai law forbids this, recruitment companies that charge you money are based outside Dubai and do not have a good reputation.
