My car sputters and stalls every time i'm about to park it, like whenever I turn into a parking space just before i fully stop the entire thing will start to go crazy, this happenes sometimes at stop signs too. Any ideas why? It's a 92 civic

First off, AutoZone will do a test and tell you what circut it is on- NOT THE PROBLEM. Most people think that whatever circut it says, thats the problem- NOT!
I would more than likely say it would be the timing. How auto savy are you to start diagnosing yourself?

Sounds like your timing is off. Either you need a tune up badly or the timing belt/chain is about to go. You might also check for sticky valves, or perhaps there's a problem with the power distribution. Given a guess though I would say it's the timing.

I would start by replacing the fuel filter, and check your idle speed adjustment. After that spark plugs and wires might need to be replaced. If that does not work, have a diagnostic done. Auto Zone will perform this for free. Then you can see if there are any more serious problems.
