Figuratively speaking means it's not literal, but using a figure of speech, such as a simile or metaphor. Metaphorically speaking, you are using a metaphor. "Your eyes are like stars" is figuratively speaking. "Your eyes are deep pools of mud" is both figuratively and metaphorically speaking.

Like a bull in a china shop. Would be a metaphor or an illusion to an event that would create the same type of end. If the same phrase were spoken in the figurative sense it would really be a real bull in a real china shop. And not be a phrase that is illustrative.

Figuratively is absolute, actual, while metaphorically is abstact, imaginative.

There's these things called "dictionaries" Intelligent people have been using them for quite awhile now.
