First step to identify which graphics card is installed you must go to:
1. Right click on your desktop screen.
2. Click Properties (Display Properties will appear)
3. Go to the Settings tab all the way to your right.
4. Click advanced on the lower right hand corner.
5. Click on the adapter tab.
6. Look at the Memory Size that is stated there and thats how you find out what type of card you got and the size of your card.

You can also visits the manufactures website to downloaded latest driver. If your going to upgrade your video card go with nvidia they kick a**!!!

Hope this helps
