To be honest the right answer would be the Mass Transit System.

The Dynasty EV 4 door sedan neighborhood electric vehicle is one. It looks like the WV Beetle. By the way the first cars were battery operated they did not about Gas engine then.
There is no vehicle that is totally clean. Only if solar powered car become a commercial success that will make some sense

I heard hybrid cars are the best so far. I also heard that a group of kids, in order to help the environment, designed their car to run on vegetable oil. It was really quite cool. Its a way to save money and the environment.

Forget the brands, the less damaging cars are the ones that emit less polution, that is, electric cars, alcohol based cars etc.
