I'm pretty sure the dinosaurs would be dead by now anyway.

Unless you're one of those creationist wackos who believe that dinosaurs were alive a few hundred years ago. Then maybe not...

BTW whose idea was it to have most of them die the the Middle East?

Like they died in a battle to give us oil to use! LOL! Cute. Or...are you really saying, we should learn from their experience! Yah!

We should learn from that. The trouble is is that the spin doctors have been supporting the status quo and the big boys, in the past anyway, don't want to change their evil little ways. We could have changed directions years ago. We have the inginuity and creativity to create great alternatives but these things have been suppressed or snuffed out because, they represent unwanted competition!

We shouldn't burn any more oil. We love plastic, save it for the really interesting products it can be made into. In fact prioritize that it be used for health and sciences.

Think about all the things we love that need plastic parts or that are totally made of a petroleum based product or bi-product. Ouch!...and ya want to burn the last of it? Wake up guys.

Besides, this stuff is toxic! Do you think maybe cancer rates and other nasty stuff like that might go down if we weened ourselves off of it?Gee, the science is out there.

I love clean air and a quiet vehicle would be kinder to my ringing ears.

Ditch it!

HAHAHAHA! Very clever!

Yes, they died solely for the purpose of giving us plastic and moving our cars! I'm sure that thought comforted them via precognitive knowledge of their place in the grand scheme of things as they each drew their last breaths.

If we do stop using oil, what else will we do with it? I agree. There is nothing wrong with using oil. It is that whole recycling thing, you know?
