First, ask yourself if your blood sugar seems to drop about 2 or 3 in the afternoon. If so, eat a banana, and get your blood sugar up to where it should be. Drink 'Propel'' mineral water, instead of coffee. (the new top lets you close it tightly by just turning the lip piece, so you won't spill it as your rush along.) You are doing well to stay away from fast foods and sugar highs. They will MAKE you crash, aside from all the grease in fast food. Eat more fruit, and eat celery between meals. Be sure you have AT LEAST one proper meal a day..............mine is in the evening. When I buy fresh fruit, I leave some in a ziplock in my car, and you could leave some in your backpack. If you have really low blood pressure, as I do, your DR may insist you carry little salt packets to put onto your tongue. I do not use salt in my diet, and I can faint if I get too low on the energy........if I don't take a salt teensy package. I do know the real energy you are putting out there! When I owned my schools, I took 23 units a semester at the University, here, and received all A's. That doesn't happen without some real energy being used! So, just you take care of yourself.......keep drinking the mineral water as long as it is NOT carbonated. Stay off sodas and carbonation as much as possible.

Well the obvious answer is to cut back on all the activities. Maybe one full time job and one part time job. Take one less class in school per semester. You need more then 5 hrs of sleep per night. Try taking an hour nap on your lunch breaks at work. If you only have a few minutes here and there, then try some relaxation exercises. Inhale very slowly through your nose and exhale, slowly, through your mouth (some people say to exhale all at once through the mouth, up to you what works). Good Luck!

If you have any time in between anything (eating, going to class or work, giving up a shower here and there, etc), try to squeeze in a 10 to 15 minute nap a day. It really helps. I have two jobs too, but I can't imagine going to school on top of that!
Also try drinking green tea as opposed to coffee or red bull. It has way more antioxidents and has more caffeine that coffee. It will also help you from getting sick which is a nightmare when you're as busy as you sound.

First of all you need to take a Multiple vitamin a day, you don't have much time left for yourself, but Sunday I would sleep in and start the day with a glass of water with half a lemon, it will bring your organs in high gear and clean in the process, after that lay on your back and start deep breathing, slow in thru nose and out thru mouth for 15 min. Stand up and touch your toes, move slowly for 10 to each site, stand up, turn your head from side to side slowly to the count of 20, lift your arms high over your head and stretch toward the ceiling, stand on tip toes to the count of 10 and have breakfast and your vitamin, have a glass of water besides the coffee. During the week drink as much water as possible and forgo the Red Bull. Rather have your coffee.

In all honesty and even though you don't want to hear this, you will not find anything natural that will help you except more REST and a tone done on your stress. As far as energy, your on track with fixing your diet, if you are very active then try eating more carbs (pastas and vegies) as carbs convert into energy. Avoid sugars and caffeine, they only give you a quik rush then you crash harder than before. 10 minutes of meditation to clear your mind and help relieve stress (even if it is a hot bubble bath) and GET MORE SLEEP at least 3 days out of the week.

You are burning a candle at both ends.
It is an impossible feat at best.
at worst, you will harm your body and mind by not sleeping enough.
Get help for some chores, work less is the true answer.
you can aways do things you think you can't do. If you got really sick, you would not have to be at your second job and life would not stop.
