I remember reading somewhere what the best settings for your Monitor were to reduce eyestrain? Does anyone know what they are?

I know refresh rate should be higher and you should look down at your monitor... any others??

Most monitors have the ability to set them to where they aren't so harsh on your eyes, but it really varies from monitor to monitor + the video card your machine is using can limit what you can do.

Best bet is to take a break every once in a while and let your eyes rest.
