Use the ideal gas law: PV=nrT

P = (did you mean 7 * 10^3?) 7000 kPa
T = 300 C = 573.15 K
V = 100 L
r = 8.314472 L*kPa/K*mol

7000 kPa * 100L = n * 8.314472 L*kPa/K*mol * 573.15 K
700000 L*kPa = 4765.4396268n L*kPa/mol
n = 146.89 moles (solution!)
