What country should I move to?

I am looking for a country that caters to all its people, not just the minority. Is 100% all about its people for the people, by the people?

Dream on ! Norway has a very good welfare system based on its oil supply. But once they run out of Oil you are screwed

canada... its nice there, lots of diversity. and its not too different from living in the states. but the people are very nice
