Here you will be educated in the importance of repetition and the exaggeration of techniques when grooving a skill. You will be shown how to apply yourself in practice by being focussed and disciplined while enjoying what you are practicing.
Then they try to reproduce your batting and bowling as intensely as you would play in a match.
At the end of the workshop you will have improved techniques, a better knowledge of game plans and a good understanding of the mental side of batting or bowling
