I'm not sure. I had my last growth spurt at 18 yrs old and apparently girls don't grow much taller after 15 yrs old (so I've read). I'm not 100% sure but I think some boys keep having growth spurts a lot later than girls do. So there may be hope for you yet! I wouldn't worry if I was you, I think 5'10" is a nice height.

The only thing that might help some is basically decompressing your cartlidge. What I mean is, you are taller when you first wake up vs. at the end of the day, simply because gravity works - and your own weight pressures down and compresses your cartlidge slightly during the day.

They have made those bars you can buy to install in your doorway to do chinups with but you can buy special boots to put on so you can hang upside down to kinda help "stretch you out."

Your height is based on genetics though. You are already fairly tall. You are still young and will probably still grow a decent amount over the next few years.

Other than trying that, the only sure way to get more height is surgery. There is an extremely painful, expensive and time consuming procedure you can do to increase height. It requires surgically breaking both of your legs (femurs) and screwing in special steel braces to your legs, gradually turning screws to space both parts of each femur apart. They keep growing together gradually. It can add up to a few inches of height.

If you are meant to be 5'10" you will be. this is not even considered short. Still, you may grow more! My very petite neice grew after she was married, in her twenties! You can become more muscular and appear bigger, if that is important to you.
How tall are mom and dad? Any brothers and sisters around who grew later? If you mother, father, brothers, sisters are all considered 'short' by you, then, you may learn to love to be 5'10". One of my brothers is the same height as you, and he feels perfectly 'right on'.

Probably not since height is usually based on genetics.

Of course if you're really desperate you could hang from a swing set like that kid on the Brady Bunch did....

You are definetly still growing and already pretty tall so i wouldnt worry about it. However, sleeping well atleast 8 hours, a healthy diet with leans meats, healthy carbs and fats and fruits and veggies, with lots of exercise especially running will definetly help you grow as well.

Growth in height is natural, It also deals with health. If you eat properly chances are you may get slightly taller.

if you are 15-16, you still have lots of time. Be patient, and everything will work out. Make sure you drink plenty of milk.
