It's the way the sexes are wired for survival. Men are programmed to need very little stimulation or attachment in order to want sex. This is nature's way of making sure the species continues. However, women are programmed to make sure that she doesn't have more babies than her body can handle (childbirth often killed women in the past) and to form an emotional attachment to the man who fathered her child so that he would provide and protect them while they were at their most vulnerable.

Alot of this is no longer necessary (the world is more than adequately populated, childbirth is alot safer, and women are more than capable of earning a living and providing for themselves and their children) but our biology hasn't evolved yet. But with the artificial insemination and efforts to control the population, our sexual behavior may someday go by the wayside like the wisdom tooth and the appendix.

You're confusing terms here! Vision is one of the senses. Emotion has to do with inner feelings. I don't see the relation!

All humans, both men and women, experience some degree of emotions or combination thereof (rage, lust, elation, sorrow, compassion, passion, etc) during sex.

Men, however, do operate sexually on different sensorial stimuli. We are prone to be excited visually. Women are more aurally stimulated, they love to hear from romantic to lurid uttering before, during and after sex.

It's the way that we are conditioned. We are taught to hunt and pursue while woman are taught to feel and emotional connection and wait for true love before being sexual.
With that said once in a committed relationship sex can become emotional with us.

I never have sex with my wife. always make love to her. A real man knows the difference.

For the same reason the sky is blue. It's just the way it is. It's how are brains are wired.

In our defense, emotion is not totally lacking. We're just more easily turned on by visual images.

It's the way we're wired. Just like women are more emotional than men.

That's how men are wired...humans in general are visual creatures, but men moreso than women. Guys get turned on by they see, women get turned on by what they feel (emotionally). (this being a general statement, that has exceptions, of course)

because we like boobies. More than that, we like looking at boobies. But even MORE than that, I believe it is something in our primitive brain, an instinctual need to do what we, as males, are programmed to do, PROCREATE. That and I think its got something to do with hemispherical processing, I think they say that women are more "right" brainned than men. Or whatever side is the most emotional side. Damn all that, just let me see boobies and I'm doing great. I do see your point though, I guess that's why we want to do it more in the light, as opposed to the dark, than women.

I guess the men will have to answer this...frankly, it would scare the heck out of me to be a man...so easily manipulated, by just what I am seeing...HAVING to look at porn and stupid stuff like that.....seems more like weakness than strength to me........

By the way, women are visually stimualted too....its just we also TIE emotion into sexual activity more easily............
