I refused a breath test and went to court and the cop did not show so they re-scheduled and i'm going back next week I was offered a plea agreement from the DA and they said If I plea guilty they will drop the Agro DUI to a regular DUI should I take the plea bargan?

Boy were you screwed!
If the Cop did not show up the Court should have dismissed the charges for failure of prosecution! - Unless of course if the Cop had a heck of a good reason why he did not show up!
Since they put you out by having to come back to Court for a second time I would demand that they drop any fine! But they will nail you on the Court Costs!

Call a good lawyer and talk to him first. You might be able to do something since the cop did not show the first time. Do not plead out. Get the best lawyer you can afford.

I guess you didn't have an attorney. If you had he/she would have asked for a dismissal because their witness did not show.
Its up to you whether to accept the plea. What is it going to do to your license and car insurance?

Depends..were you drunk, are they right, was it aggrivated? If it is all true, you better cut your losses and take it, if it's not...stand your ground!
