You can't unless you have a ghosting prgram that allowing you to bypass windows and work directly with the hard drive. Those programs are very risky and dreadfully difficult to use. Other than that, you can't get them back. In the future you may want to set your internet explorer to not delete the files right away and instead keep them for a while. Go to "Tools" in the menue bar, then choose "Internet Options" at the bottom. Then make sure you're in the "General" tab. Look down near the bottom of the window and notice where it says "Days to keep pages in History" make sure it has at least 1 in the box.
