Is hot water a diuretic?
Either drinking it or being emerresed in it? i.e. .Hot bath, Jacuzzi?

Yes, it is. Warmth opens up your blood vessels, and therfore helps your blood flow more freely. Just like aspirin, only more fun (unless you snort aspirin-that can be fun)
