My Line-up is:
PG - Magic Johnson
SG - Michael Jordan
SF - Larry Bird
PF - Hakeem Olujawon
C - Kareem Abdul Jabbar
Look at that line-up. This team doesn't lack anything. Scoring would not be a problem. Rebounding would not be a problem. Running the break - no problem. Kareem rebounds and passes to Magic, Magic pushes the ball down-court to Jordan. Jordan dunks!!! Need a 1/2 court offense? No problem drop it into Akeem or Kareem and there you go. Need steals? MJ to the rescue. Need outside shooting? No problem the Birdman can hit from anywhere on the court. We've got the dream-shake on one -side and the skyhook on another. You have the best player in the AIR ever in Jordan. The best ground player ever - BIRD (he couldn't run fast or jump high) and the best pair of eyes ever created - Magic could see a black ant on a black rock at midnight and pass him the ball right when he needed it. Enough said..NBA classic here I come....

PG - Magic
SG - MJ
SF - Kobe (or SG and move Magic to SF and MJ as PG or Kobe as Point and Magic as SF, Kobe can play all 3 and Magic all 5)
PF - Big Game James
C - Any of the 3 big Lakers Centers, Kareem (1st), Chamberlain (2nd) or Shaq (Last)!
Center doesn't matter in this team, Magic or Worthy could play vs some of these 6'10" C in the league now!
Gary? He sucks!! You said all time, not current players right. Still, Nash would be better then Payton?? To each his own I guess!!!

C - Wilt Chamberlain
PF - Bill Russell
SF - Larry Bird
SG - Michael Jordan
PG - Magic Johnson
these players dominated their respective positions during their era. you just can't left Russell out even if he played center with the Celtics. He can compliment Wilt (a scoring center) in the pf position. Scoring will not be a problem with Wilt (inside), Bird (outside) & MJ (slasher/mid range). This team can shut down (defensively) and shoot down (offensively) any team in any given night.

Magic Johnson (PG)
Michael Jordan (SG)
Larry Bird (SF)
Dirk Nowitzki (PF)
Hakeem Olajuwon (C)
All five members can rebound, distribute the ball, defend and post up. You have two of the best pure shooters in the game. From three point land or otherwise. The Dream is one of the best centers to play the game. With the quickness and strength to defend almost any type of center. Magic can run the show. And you have the best closer in the game. Ever.

They would be unstoppable. The best shooters to ever play the game. Not to shabby on defense either.
