i want to get my body in the best shape as possible for prom in almost three month. i know that you must eat healthy and workout and exercise and stuff. but after prom i want to still have a great body and keep it that way for years im 18 years old any good advice?

ive already been workin out for months now and lifting weights and eating right i just am not seeing results and im pretty sure im doin everything right thats what my trainer says at least

Did you know that all the guidelines for being and staying healthy have been changed?

The food pyramid and activity guidelines are different now.

Make sure you're eating properly. Eat healthy breakfast, later on a lil snack(fruit,yogurt etc) then a healthy lunch (a late afternoon snack (raw veggies or 1/2 of a health shake. Then have your dinner. You want to make sure to eat through out the day to help keep up your metabolism. Also, drink plenty of water and STOP eating two to three hours before going to bed. That's extremely important. Well, good luck.

Sounds to me as thoughy ou alreadyhave your head straight on your shoulders. It';s important to eat properly because without that you're body will lack the necessary nutrients it needs to grow. Exercise is great as well. Find an exercise plan and stick to it... Being repetitive is the best thing. Good luck!

Bike riding.

I used to ride daily and hardly had an ounce of fat on me. I wasn't able to ride for some years now because where I live, there aren't good streets to ride, etc. But I'm still in pretty good shape despite it being awhile since I've done that regularly. Oh, and it will get your butt in super shape.

continue to eat right and exersice... there not a lot to it. if you sit onyour *** and eat mc ***** then you get fat and lazy.... the only way to prevent it is to stay active. end of story. theres no miracle cure... but you can drink green tea before evry meal, this helps you digest properly and keeps you from storig bad fats. Also do some reserch on what eat right actually means. stay away from white flour since it spikes your insulin and causes you to store all the bad cholesteral.
do lots of cardio and toning. eat lots of veggies.
