They never showed them have sex but apparently they did. I just watched that episode last night on Comedy Central. They had a date and watched the stars on his porch. Two and Half weeks later he went to her house and said something like "2 weeks is too long for another date" and then she said she was pregnant.
But dont' forget this season he went to visit her and she told him she had a miscarriage and she really didn't. Will be exciting to find out how they are going to bring her back.

They were "playing around" and he prematurely ejaculated and the sperm swam and swam. Yes it really is possible to get pregnate that way so don't just play, go all the way.
