My daughter has been accepted to perform in the Dixie Stampede. Can anyone tell her what to expect?

She will be going there after high school graduation in June. It will be a summer job. It is a 6 hour drive from our home. So far they have told her that room and board is provided. Has anyone worked there before? What can she expect?
