it's not misconception it's fact. isn't being atheist the same as not believing in God /Jesus? how is that a misconception or worse yet, hate? and yes I get angry at times with atheists but that doesn't mean that I hate them. I get mad at my family at times too. anger does NOT = hate! Looks like your the one with misconceptions.

you cannot compare these with an "as" - they are not equal.
While a phobia is irrational, hate can be rational.
For example, I would have extreme hate for someone that hurt my family.
