I have issues with American idol-ever since that seizure having, silver haired, side mouth talkin, head shakin, fugly dork Taylor hicks won.

He's getting the all important 10-12 age group of girls voting for him. I was really surprised that he made it to the top 12. There were so many guys more talented who should have had a chance. I think he only made it through because of his look and marketability. That's what it's all about, folks. Idol is a product and they're looking for who's gonna sell the most records. There are lots of people recording these days who don't have strong voices or good vocal range- it's all about the image and what sells.

Aw I think he's cute... I think Idol is telling him to tone down everything, because heaven forbid someone be openly gay on american idol. So he's probably being pressured into being quiet, which is why the whispering voice yesterday. I think he has a pretty good voice, he did in his auditions.

Oh my gosh, he was horrible last night...and last week too for that matter! He has to go tonight. I couldn't believe it when they said he was in the top 4 last week. What bull! He has no personality and he was trying way too hard to remember his obvious choreography throughout the song.
The only thing I liked about it was that he had his hair pulled back away from his face.

He's terrible - I think that the really young girls are keeping him on just like the horn-dog guys keeping Antonella Barba going. They are both hideous and need to be sent home. My prediction is that they both go this coming week.

He seems so nice, and I feel bad for him, but like Simon says, this is a singing contest, and I really don't think he has what it takes to go much further.

"that Indian kid" is an American of Indian heritage. I'm more irritated with your ignorant attitude than I care if he can sing well or not. Its casual segregation of Americans by their heritage that keeps this country in turmoil and internal conflict. Shame on you.

I think he looks good. It's all a matter of taste.The important thing is the judges liked him enough to put him on. Take care, and bless you.

He is on tune almost 100% of the time, he just has a very weak voice that most people hate.
