Did you hear about the darling that tagged a tour bus with the Mayor and a bunch of dignitaries? His photo ws taken and everything by an onboard reporter.

His friends defended him saying that he was not malicious or violent , but for it was for "fun".

He will probably face a misdemenour charge for vandlaism. Enough?

We had a darling last Canada Day in his intoxicated stated urinate on the War Memorial, luckily someone got it on digital camera and it went across Canada.

Apparently he wrote a letter to the verterans in his area and is doing community service in old aged and senior centers.

Kids who do it for ' fun', not only should the kids be charged and have to do community service but I think the parents should be charged too and they should pay a bigger fine for raising such inconsiderate idiot children.

Hit someone in their pocket book HARD the first time and I can bet you JR. or Janey won't be vandalizing anything ever again.

Vandalism is unacceptable. Most people share the same feelings, but no one really thinks about it. Think of what a beautitful and charming city LA could be if you removed all remnants of vandalism. Your mood would change on the way to work. You would smile when you look out the window. Vandalism should not be tolerated whatsoever...Just a little food for thought; Los Angeles free of vandalism....hhmmmmmmm.....

Good question.

Not nearly enough, but until we find alternative ways of filling the time of these thugs, nothing is ever going to change. How many jails can we build?

After school programs are being cut, sports, art, music. Schools themselves are in dire condition, not properly funded, underpaid teachers, good kids who have to pay for the bad when the school becomes like a prison.

Every human being is responsible for his/her actions, no question. But until society is able to make children a true priority, this will keep happening. We can't have it both ways.

Make him a marine and ship him off to Baghdad. He can vandalize at will there. It will foster greater love and understanding of the American people in the hearts and minds of the Iraqi people.

How about putting his face and name on local buses along with the description of "Vandal" on it, along with the misdemeanor charge? I was pretty wild when I was a teenager, but I never understood that kind of "fun".

Caning seems to work very well in Singapore as a penalty for things like that.

Yes, He needs to pay restitution and perform about 1,000 hours of community service.

Service hours could work, but shipping him to Bagdad sounds more fun.
