it looks alot like a flying ant

You can go to your local extention office to get help. Ants generally swarm in the spring/ Termites in fall. Ants have 3 segmented body parts and have a curve on he antenae. Termites have two body parts. A head and body and a straight antenae. If they are either you will need proffesional help.
They are both wood destroying creatures and the products over the counter will not work.The products may kill the swarmers but they will not cure the problem After swarm season they will seem gone but they aren't. They are still working on chewing up your wood.. If you call a company in call a smaller local co. skull- generally means generally not always. ants sonmetimes swarm in the fall as well. They are called false swarms. Its nature not exact.

termites have four wings equal in lenght whereas the ant has 4 wings unequal in lenght. Easiest way to identify, Besides thorax.

there are ants that fly,but it might be a carpenter ant or it may be
a termite.here is a good website to use in identifyong them,you can either click on ant or termites or you can ty=pe in fling ants its a great website for identifying pest insects.
