No, it also counts when you recieve calls that don't have the same company as you do. (e.i. Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.)

No it count when ever you are talking on it not just making a call but receiving it too. The same thing works for text messaging, you pay for both ones' you send and receive. You are really paying for the air time.

It depends on your wireless provider. Some providers have plans where only outgoing calls use minutes and others have plans where ingoing and outgoing calls use minutes unless the call is from the same provider etc. Check your plan.

It depends on your provider and plan. Sprint has free incoming from anybody, but some providers only let you get free calls from the same provider....check with your company.
