Why do I get someone who can't speak it? Is there any number for NEXTEL / Sprint that I can call that can give me someone who speaks english?

Good question. I've always wondered the same thing. Why do they even give you the option to press 1 for english if they are just going to throw you at the next available person, whether they speak English or not. Hopefully you can get something resolved, I totally sympathize with you.

Try calling the executive numbers.
