Door on my 98 Ford Explorer won't unlock it even with the key.?

Question

How do I get the door open to repair it with out cutting a hole in the door?

Use a coat hanger . make a little loop on the end, and try to catch the latch between the glass and the door, and pull it up. (Will take some time) . When is open, you need to remove the door cover and put the hard wire in it's hole again, that is loose inside the door

I would open it from the inside that way you can pull up on the lock?!

Or if you mean you can't open the door even from the inside then your option is to remove the drivers seat and you can remove the door panel enough to reach in and pull the latch to open the door..
