why is aztec/mayan astrology more accurate than western astrology?

in the west we use horoscope starsigns, in india they use vedic and china they use the animal signs.But as for aztec/mayan it is so precise?

I do Mayan-Aztec astrology and it is not "more accurate" and like Chinese it also uses animals. In fact it is far less precise than a traditional western horoscope because there are no planets and it works on a daily basis, not a minute-by-minute basis like a western horoscope.
Like Chinese astrology, Aztec-Mayan astrology is "earth based" and calendar-based, not sky/star based like other systems. However, if Mayan-Aztec astrology ever had the level of complexity that Chinese has (every hour and minute can be mapped to an energy if you care to take it that far), it was lost when all the codices were burned by the Spanish and 90% of the population was killed.

Astrology is simply superstition. The Aztec calender is a measurement of time. It is no more precise than a modern calender.
