Yes you can burn copies, but you cannot distribute them especially for re-sale or profit. You have all the rights of that music when you bought the CD. However, selling or profiting from copies is illegal because it takes away the ability, of the true producers of the music and album, to profit from its sale. So yes you can copy, but not distribute.

You can burn them(if software allows). You cannot legally sell or give them to friends.

Legally, you can burn copies for you to use, but not give them away. I don't think the RIAA will bust down your door for that though.

yes it is ilegal but i do it all the time and as long as ur not selling them i dont see a problem.

Nope, its illegal. I think you can burn it for your own use, but as soon as you give or sell them to someone, it's illegal.

It's not technically legal, but there's really no way that they could track what you do. Just do it, no one's going to come after you.
