www.tripod.com has a site building tool that makes it really easy for people who don't know HTML to use. The neat thing about it, though, is it does also allow for HTML, so you can switch between the "Easy Site Builder" and "HTML" tools to create your own personal site. Plus, they have much more simple URLs than Geocities and Angelfire.
