I want to leave early, what's a good excuse to tell the boss?

You just got a call from home. A meteor fell through the roof, and destroyed the flat-screen completely. The kids want an immediate replacement.

You on no account could undergo in strategies the reality. you purely could undergo in strategies the lies, and that gets fairly messy! i might in basic terms tell the boss which you're able to bypass away 2 hours early to attend to a private rely.

i would say "boss i have a neccesary appontment at dat da da time and would like your permission to leave early today. i realize this may put me behind on my work but i am willing to make it up another time when you need me to stay longer."

You have a doctor's appt that you just made and you're not feeling well, and if you don't go today you have to wait until tomorrow, and it's really important. Or... you have to pick your kid up from school early. Or... you have to pick your sister's kid up early...

You feel sick and feel like throwing up. He won't want you making a mess in his office. But you have to make yourself look like you feel sickly. Just be a good actor!

HERES some good ones. MY Kids are stranded some where and i need to go pick them up. OR my kids are in a little trouble i need to straighten it out. OR some one just hit my husban i need to go check it out.OR i am not feeling well. OR i forgot something ---i need to go unplug something at home.-------------I need to go check on my mother.

Tell him it's a "female" thing. I know... it's sexist, but it works. As a manager the last thing I want to hear is about "female" troubles.
