What Sky is doing is perfectly legit in the world of business. it has a product virgin want so virgin will have to pay. virgin will have to start making its own tv programmes rather than buying stuff off sky. its tough if you are with virgin but i guess its always best to go with the top dog who has the monopoly.

No I dont think so. As far as I know there is no competition between the Sun and Virgin. The latest contretemps between Sky and Virgin is purely a commercial argument over using Sky programmes at an agreeable price. surely this should be confined to the TV businesses and not involve what is one of the UKs favourite newspapers P.S. I am also a Virgin Media customer.

If enough people stopped buying the Sun in protest against the way Sky are handling their dispute with Virgin Media, perhaps Sky may take notice. However, if very few people boycotted the newspaper, their protest would be unnoticeable.

The whole Rupert Murdoch organisation should be boycotted. They have done more to increase costs for the British consumer than anyone else.

It's boycotted in the city of Liverpool coz of their sh1te reporting of the football match concerning liverpool supporters. 96 PEOPLE DIED and the lies and fabrications that were told was simply to shift the blame from the police to the people of liverpool. The problem, once printed the general public believed it.

The Sun should be boycotted because of the absolutely diabolical crap they wrote about Hillsborough.

I don't see a problem with boycotting in a free country.
If you don't like the SUN don't buy it.
If you like it buy it.

I just don't like the idea that government telling me what news I can read or not read.
